Title: bait boats for fishing

hi guys , im new to this computor lark, but i have made models,but years ago. ihave a basic design for a fishing bait boat, but i need advice on which would be easy to fit,  either a electric motor or a queter pump drive.if its a pump, which one and wher can i get it from. now i know many of you will want to ask a lot questions, so that you can get abetter picture of what you can do to help me. i hope,
 some info. im looking to make the boat 550cmL 210W 215H.
