I found a picture of a ship on uglyships.com and it reminded me of something...now here is is the question did the RN ever actually get rid of the HMS Argus (the flatiron)? I know they are not the same ship but with the dazzle paint there is more than a rexemblance!

HMS Argus paid off after VJ day Sept 1945 and stored at Portsmouth.
Dec 5th 1946 sold to Thomas W Ward and scrapped.

I know, but tell me the excursion boat doesn't have a passing resemblance chuckle chuckle I thought that maybe a brit would find it funny but....
