Title: M2.5 PanHead Pozi machine screws.....
Post by: maninthestreet on August 13, 2009, 10:47:04 am

....I require the above, but with a head diameter no more than 4mm. Length must be between 12 and 16mm. Modelfixings don't have anything with less than 4.5mm head diameter. Tried some Ebay sellers, but same problem - nothing with head diameter of 4mm or less. Does anyone know where I can get such a thing?

Buy some that you can, put in a drill chuck and attack with a file. If you check the relevent manufacturing standards you're probably looking for rocking horse droppings. If you Have actually seen some, you need to get onto the manufacturer in China.

Try a firm called Stagonset in Birmingham. They list them up to 20mm with a 5mm head size. No minimum quantity.

I've used them quite a lot and they're very reliable .

Usual note - no relationship with them - just very satisfied customer!!!!!!!!
