Spotted it last night  channel 5  Monday  9pm   about  British Navy and how they work with other countries
not sure if a one of or a mini series,

Warship (Documentary)
Time - 21:00 - 22:00 (1 hour long)
When - Monday 7th September on five
This programme has been highlighted due to keywords in the programme name

Documentary filmed on board a Royal Navy ship. HMS Ocean takes over from the Bulwark as the flagship of the deployment. Sailing through the South China Sea, the aircraft carrier joins an international fleet of warships for a simulated air-to-sea battle. Elsewhere, engineers work on a damaged Merlin helicopter and the first-aid officers must deal with a grisly discovery.

I believe that HMS Ocean and HMS Bulwark will be open to the public at next week's Plymouth Meet Your Navy days.

This was probably filmed during  the recent multi national exercise "Taurus  09 " which lasted from February until June this year.
