At that price,I just had to pick it up.It will give me my first self built boat,rather than a pre-owned renovation. Has anyone here built one of these little Depron boats before? The good thing is that it's designed to run on a bogstandard 540 type motor,and I've got plenty of them handy.When built,she measures just 18" long,so no transport problems,and she'll be very light too. I'll let you know how my build goes when I get her through.

I've been looking at these on ebay.
I'll follow the build with interest.

I stumbled across these two on ebay a few days ago - £22 for a kit that builds into a 23inch model isn't bad:

I will be watching with interest as it would probably go like mucky stuff off a shovel with a small brushless motor in it   :}

Try and get that propshaft as parralell to the bottom of the boat as you can, straight shafts as surface drives are 99% of the time horrid.

They also do a crash tender, for the same price. O0

Well,if these photo's are of a standard brushed 540 motor,then i hate to think what a brushless system will be like. :o
