I'm in the London area on a business trip from the States-- anything model boating-related going on that day?

As you have had no replies, may I make a suggestion. This Saturday is the Lord Mayor's Show. Great free show with Army, Navy, Air Force, Marching Bands, in total about 150 floats etc. Starts at Gresham Street at 11am. You can download a map of the route on line.
