Title: USS Arizona in 1/144 scale
Post by: swordfish fairey on November 19, 2009, 07:59:58 pm
Lindberg are to release next year what looks like a very good kit of the Arizona in 1/144th scale. Over 50" long, and it looks far better than the Japanese Subs or Graf Zeppelin. They must have had a rush of blood to the head with all these large scale kits.... ok2...Smudge

There has been several fairly heated discussions on Steelnavy and other warship sites on the accuracy of the mock up that was on show at Chicago and whether Lindberg has actually learned anything from the furore over the "I-53" release.  As it has the same self-designated Master Modeller doing the research and design as for the IJN boats and GZ, the future on this will be interesting to say the least!
