Hi all, I wonder if someone can help? If I have an O.S. grid reference like TQ 082 951, How does that relate to the Latitude and longitude as shown on Google Earth maps?
Or perhaps it is a different system?
Help would be appreciated.

Hi Danny, thanks for the reply, I have read the article see the problem but don't think I shall get involved!
My posting was that I was asked to look at what looks like a local council error in defining an area of land using grid references. May have to buy an OS map of the area!
