I ordered my Eurgle 2.4Ghz 9 Channel Digital Programmable LCD Radio Gear Model Number : rcps61207 on the 20th of November 2009. :-))
Price £20.76 plus £44.35 P&P on bid basis with me the only bidder.
It arrived today so took 17 days from me hitting to buy button to getting the thing in my sticky mitts O0 ;D
I'm impressed with the build quality reminiscent of my old Futba 2Ch set I owned years ago, the sticks feel solid and move freely and there are lots of knobs and switches to play with %) :-))
I came in a no frills card board box with the standard polystyrene inner packing.
No manual, just a strip of paper with a web address for a PDF manual download,
http://www.r2hobbies.com/manuals/rcps61208.pdf modern technology eh? {-)
Now to hunt down some servos and a receiver battery box, might even go back to the place the transmitter came from.
Only problem now is that the thing is a Christmas present from me dear old mum and I've had strict orders to hand it over when it arrives! {:-{ >>:-( >>:-( >>:-( <:(
Will have to wait till Christmas day to play with it proper! O0 O0 {-) {-) {-)

For those that are interested in checking out the PDF file for the Eurgle 2.4Ghz 9 Channel Digital Programmable LCD Radio Gear . . . . . . . . . .
I had trouble downloading the file, the download window appeared to freeze mid download >>:-( >>:-( >>:-( <*< <*<
So in frustration I emailed http://www.r2hobbies.com/ asking if there was a problem with the file. :police:
They came right back to me this morning with a polite message 'to be patient as it is a large file' :embarrassed: 33.2Mb to be exact.
Sure enough, I set the download window going and went off to make a coffee . . . . .
One cup of coffee later and there it was waiting for me to save a copy {-)
That's the trouble with instant gratification . . . . . no body has any patience any more! {-) {-) O0

I've been over to look at this site. Very interesting. Downloaded the PDF and had a read.
Hong Kong English is a gas, but looks a good T/X. Their 'off the shelf' price is £72, delivered to the UK.
I would be interested in your report on this model when you're 'up an running', please.
Cheers
Ken

I ampt got a boat up and running to use it in yet <:(
Might blow the dust off the sailing canoe and shove it in that!
Nor do I have servos or a receiver battery pack but I'm working on the last two :-))
Will do a write up about the gear its self as soon as I'm able but its a case of so far so good looks wise. :-))

Hello Craftysod,
I'm looking at all options at the mo, I'm on a strict budget so the cheaper the better.
I'm open to suggestions as to where I source my missing bits so all suggestions most welcome.
I've been off the model boat planet for about 15 years and everything has changed and left me behind! :-)) {-) {-) O0

Hi Greggy, try Component Shop for batteries, cheap, excellent service, low postage costs.

Howes Models for servos, same reasons.

I've had one of these 9 (in reality only 8) channel radios for a couple of months now. Very good it is too
