Hi All
Just letting you know that Mrs Bigfella is expecting and boy am I terrified. This is our first and having been an uncle to 5 nieces and nephews I have had the good side of kids (handing them back when things get a little too much) but have yet to experience the 24/7 deal. Oh well I am sure that everything will work out well. Because of the impending arrival of Bigfella jnr we have had to make some room and cleared out cupboard space and instead of dumping some (at one time) treasured stuff decided to make a little cash for it and have been going to car boot sales. Now I don't know if it is the thrill of the sale or some such but it is addictive. All through the week I look at things and think to myself how can I make a profit with that. Now I am a big fan of Minder and think I must be turning into an Arfur, who happens to be a hero of mine, although I am on the correct side of the law. Do others enjoy car boot sales as much?? As an observation people will buy almost anything if the price is right at these sales. I really enjoy them and if I could would do it every Sunday morning as that is when they are held here.
Regards David

At least Sixteen years of agony for three seconds of extacy O0
Just keep its boiler stoked and its ashpan clean and DON'T interfere if its running smoothly.

Concratulations David.
Forget the sixteen years, my nipper is twenty three and is still giving me grief.
Only good thing is he has supplied us with a Granddaughter who is the apple of her Granddads eye.

I was bemused and not a little alarmed when I read the thread title. Made me wonder what you could get at a car boot sale these days.
Congratulations to you both. I have 2 girls and 1 boy (plus 5 grandchildren and son has yet to reproduce) endless joy, worry, happiness, sorrow all in an amalgam. Wouldn't change a thing. :-))
Enjoy

I have a 31 and 27 year old daughter, there are just varying degrees of how easy it is but I would not swap them for anything.

Congratulations David and Mrs BigFella :-)). Kids are what life is all about - I have four ranging in age from 48 to 33, and 7 grandchildren aged from nearly 18 to almost 5, and they'll all be with us for Christmas. O0
I won't have much time for modelling over the next few weeks :-)
Peter.

Congratulations Big fella!
Enjoy the good bits (lots of them), endure the bad bits (pooie nappies and stroppy tantrums!)
It's a great ride.

DO you mind!!! Diabolical liberty!
Terry will be round for a few words, just as soon as I can rustle up enough money for the air fare....
