i need to replace a broken sight glass on a Maxwell Hemmens "The caton"...
its nominally .2" (5mm) Diameter
where could i aquire such a thing

Can't beat that, he made me a 'T' for my displacement lubricator, it was with me in about 3 days.

The reason why my Sun is one month behind schedule is because Jayne at Polly Model couldn't be ar$ed to E-Mail/phone/send me a pigeon that the Stuart paint (on backorder) was quote: "Not cost effective to re-order."... Last time I deal with them... >:-o

their response to my request for a new gauge glass for the hemmens was instant, and highly detailed so that they could ensure the correct sized component was sent!
in fact i thought it was bl00dy excellent considering the item i wanted was only going to cost a pound :-))

i did manage to break the new gauge glass he sent me due to my stupidity!!!
a quick phone call to Jeremy in the morning had 2 new gauge glasses dropping through my letter box the following morning! just on the promise of a cheque in the post to him
