john
-
Hi Poll, yes she is,and with a working winch.
Looking foward to doing some towing comp`s in 07
-
Don't forget to get a working gog rope
onher as well.
Regards
john
Ps 2 photo's for you.
-
I was considering a working gog myself john...do you think it worth the effort?
Not sure how much call there would be for indirect toeing on the model tows, but if its of value then yes....I'll fit one too! ;D
-
Hi Billy.
Iff you can fit a gog then do so.
Some times you are better the gog working
than the main rope.
you can make ropes up at various lengths.
then work your gog to suit.
Iff the main rope works you have the best of both worlds.
Regards
John

I have single turn sail winch to hand John, so im thinking that a closed loop a-la-yacht type should negate any tangles in that area.
Made the coupling for both motors this afternoon, I will tap them for grubs screws tomorrow, then the mounts for both motors.
I can almost taste the "xxxxx"! LOL
I've posted some pics on the forum of where Im at so far.
Theres a new member called 'BargeBoy I think its a mate from our club whos building off that mould I have, a very keen tug tower in the making he is too, Im going to bring a video to the club tomorrow to whet a few appetites ;D
