Has any one out there made there own (fixed Kort nozzle) that is?. Ive been through some of the threads
but cant seem to find any, I know there out there some but cant seem to find them can anyone help.
What are the pitfalls ? what material is best? Yours Tony. :-))

I made two for my Anglian Sovereign (still a work in progress). I used some plastic piping of a suitable diameter and reduced the aft diameter by gluing in plasticard strip and fairing in with filler. You have to ensure that the prop still fits the reduced aperture (don't ask how I discovered that!). I used plasticard square U to attach some small bolts which were used to attach the korts to the hull.
Hopefully the ached photos will give a better idea of how I did it.
Note: this has not yet been tested outside the domestic test tank.
