Ross Watton's book is a mine of information with lots of detail drawings.

The Fleetscale website has information about the running gear of this model or ones similar:
http://www.fleetscale.co.uk/system/index.htm
Motors:http://www.fleetscale.co.uk/system/index.htm
It will depend if you are going to run her on scale props.

We would recommend a 555 on 12v on each shaft regardless of the props used. Plenty of torque at scale speed, low amps.
The correct url is : http://www.fleetscale.co.uk/pages/hullkits/warspite/warspite.htm (http://www.fleetscale.co.uk/pages/hullkits/warspite/warspite.htm)
This will take you straight to the page.
Motors available under "products" > then "components"

Warspite had a long distinguished career spanning both wars, and was much modified between the wars.
What stage of her career are you going for?
Looking forward to watching this build, Warspite is one of my favorite ships.

There are three main periods - WW1, without the torpedo bulges, so that's out (and she's perhaps a bit "empty" and "functional" during that period), the Jazz-Age-Refit <tm> with the trunked funnels and looks to die for, and then the famous - but maybe done too many times - WWII layout with the block o' flats bridgework.
I know which I'd go for! :-))
Here's a brilliant build of Barham (http://www.shipmodels.info/mws_forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=18343&hilit=barham) in a similar layout.
