Title: PT Boat Torpedo tubes
Post by: bigfella on February 07, 2007, 12:14:04 am
Hi All, Hope everyones well

I am at the fitting out stage of my Higgins PT Boat and have come across a bit of a snag. I want to put Torpedo tubes on her, as they all had tubes to start then changed to the drop off kind. My problem is the location of the forward tubes in relation to the cabin, machine gun tubs etc... There is plenty of infomation on various sites saying that they had Tubes but no actual pictures only the PT 109 which is not the same. I don't know the correct position to put them.... Any one know or have photos.... ??? ??? ???

Thanks Bigfella ;D

Thanks guys

You saved me again.

Rick: that is exactly what I was looking for, although my configuration is going to be a little differant as I am only having 2 torpedo tubes forward and Depth charges  instead of the other tubes.

HS93: Thanks for that I have seen Johns PT boat page WOW what a lot going on there.

Thanks again Bigfella
