Title: Are these any good?
Post by: Lord Bungle on January 04, 2011, 01:36:51 am
looked on ebay for an airbrush kit and spoted this
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/AIRBRUSH-KIT-AIRBRUSH-COMPRESSOR-AIR-BRUSH-COMPRESSOR-/370268372610?pt=UK_Crafts_DrawingSupplies_EH&hash=item5635b6fe82

Has anyone ordered from them? or tried these kits, at that price it seams to be a bit of a deal.

Buy it from their own website rather than ebay. It's £79.50 from ebay, and £74.03 from their site here:

Lord Bungle

If you do get one, let us know if they are any good. I am sure others would be interested.

I have that airbrush - bit solid and heavy, but works fine.

In practice model boat hulls use quite a lot of paint, so a bottle-feed is more convenient compared to a small cup which constantly needs to be refilled....

I bought one of these about two years ago, they are a good solid build and do what they say on the box. In saying that, I dont use it that much, as found all the messing about cleaning the gun after use a bit of a pain, but that,s the same with all the spray guns, none the less, a good buy.
