Title: Twin Esc Setup
Post by: CERES on January 07, 2011, 07:20:44 pm
OK2First of all I wish you Alla very happy New Year.

In wiring a Twin Motor setup using 12V Battery I need to get hold of a Y Lead to connect my Escs to one receiver.
Can anyone let me know where I may purchase such a part  preferrably on -line.

Regards,
Ceres.

Presume you mean one channel on a receiver.
If you have two motors, often best to get them most manoeuvrability to drive each separately on different channels, especially for the likes of a tug.
You can get a compromise by using a mixer where the speed and steering controls are suprise 'mixed' to vary the motor speeds/direction depending on what you want to achieve.

:-)Many thanks for prompt response. I will have a look at Cornwall and also the Ebay sale.
With regards to a Mixer. I have a a full circuit with mixer from Action but I always like to be able to use an alternative. And if I become unhappy with it , then that will go on Ebay too.
