I am looking for pictures, plans or any information on the small coaster SULBY RIVER which I believe to be currently lying as a sunken wreck in Bowling Harbour on the Clyde...
This small ship was once owned and operated out of Douglas, Isle Of Man...

Built at James W Cook in Wivenhoe in 1971 as "SUBRO VENTURE" for Sully Bros of London... Yard No 1415...

According to Lloyds Register the dimensions are 30.59m loa 7.12m extreme breadth and 2.375m max draught

Hi I remember tying up alongside her on the London river some years ago and was impressed at the time for her modern appearance, her air vents forward were of the what we refered to as the dutch design, i.e not the usual cowling type. The deck was green as well I believe, she was well kept for a small coaster.
