Hi i have some 1:100 bismarck plans on cd anyone suggest some software that will allow me to print off sections in 1:128

thanks guys for your input but anyone have any ideas on software that will handle big tiff files easily and you can select areas to print at say 78% of original   Thanks Julian.

adobe photoshop.

the size of the file you can handle is more down to your computer than the software - how big is the file?

i use a program called GIMP ( insert whitty comment here )
its free and while it lacks photoshops power its more than able to do everything you need

Any step-by-step tutorials how to do this with GIMP?
 I have the 1/128  Fleetscale Hood and would like to scale up drawings of her in '31 configuration from  scanned pages of my AOTS Hood book.
