Thanks Pete........all Paddleduck members know the great advantages of wiper motors when used in paddlers.......... :-))

1. immense torque
2. very low current consumption
3. virtually noiseless
4. rated for continuous operation
5. what ratio step increase to the paddle shaft do you use?.........5:1?....or 8:1?

The only issue is running a wiper motor in reverse  >>:-( .......the reverse excitation pulls the armature shaft off the single ball [as used as a thrust bearing] & the result is best described as "feathering"  %% .....Derek

Thanks for sharing the images Pete...... :-))

1. there was a tremendous amount of detail built into the original build
2. the FWD windass & fittings look realistic.....which is a rare event
3. all of the bullwarks & deck planking looks very realistic....yes...... :D
4. a good vacuum out [10 years of pine tree needles?]...& progress on with the drydocking & STDB wheel repair  O0

Questions
a. those ORANGE or REDISH  dome shaped items near the stern....are the RC bells? ....
b. would I be close at guessing 1.8M hull length?

Derek {-)
