I ordered these http://www.myhobbystore.co.uk/product/16685/scamp-mm1301 a few weeks back and on the day I thought they might arrive, a nice grey plastic envelope dropped on the mat with drawings in :}. I waited until Jack got in from school to give him the honour of tearing it open and :o...it contained some line drawings for a couple of cars. I rang and spoke to an extremely helpful young man who transferred the call to an extremely helpful young woman, after the initial " what should it be enquiry?" to which I replied "a boat, not a car" she said we should have them in 5 days :}. It'll be 2 weeks this week so do you think that means they don't have them >>:-( or should I just give them a call and gentle reminder? Ta!

I'd chase them up if I were you - posting on Mayhem isn't going to sort it out!

Thanks Colin, kinda what I thought but wasn't sure if they were a naturally slow predator that doesn't like being antagonised {-)

If you are not getting the service you expect then complain! You are the customer after all.

These people don't seem capable of resolving any kind of customer complaint..>:-o
