Exep Exmp Exempl Terrific service from Dave at Action again...

Yesterday afternoon I ordered a stack of stuff from Action...ten minutes ago the postman delivered it. I don't care what you say, that is top quality service in my book...

I can honestly say this about Dave, be it is on the phone,E.Mail or in person, at his stand at one of the model boat shows
he trades at. He always has time to answer my questions,and those of others,
 and his product quality and service would take some beating.
He even gave me information on the Shamrock (Monserat Police boat) That he designed for Model Slipway
 as I was finishing a 16th scale version of it.

Top Man :-))

P.S. You can give me that fiver next time we meet Dave {-) {-)

I do like the 25-hour service - but nobody has referred to the elegant simplicity of his instructions. (A far cry from the Chinglish that brushless speed controller destructions seem to be written in.)  And he even sent me a photo of a pcb when I thought I'd let solder run where it shouldn't!

Only had a couple of dealings with Action, however I can only echo the above comments.
I originally called simply to ask some advice which was wisely and freely given, and needless to say it was then followed up by an order on my part, which duly arrived as promised next post. All power to them, highly recommended.

Just to balance things up a bit the same service and attention to detail by ACTION, also has happened to the faraway land of OZ.
