HI ALL,
does anyone have any experience of these little key fob micro video cameras...............just bought one to go on the top of my Clyde lifeboat to film the Loch Ness sail and the instructions are awfull. {:-{ {:-{
could anyone tell me please ................... does it take the same mini sd cards that you get in a mobile phone,
and also, i presume that the battery is a rechargeable (as I can't see anyway of splitting the case) and is charged when you plug it into the computer with the download lead..........could yo tell me please if i'm wrong, before i buy an 8gb micro sd card.
.
also when fully charged how long does the camera run for......i plan to put it on the model lifeboat when we sail up loch ness.
cheers, neil

Neil whatever other problems you will have with the camera from what I have heard the biggest will be
time of recording - about 1 hour max if battery is in top condition

Another servo to switch on and off might be worth considering. I have my doubts about the quality of video from a miniature camera. Some of the smaller "full-size" cameras might be a better option, I`m sure a boat that size can handle one, my Springers can.

A better rescue :embarrassed:
