Sounds like one crew member accessed a small arm from the armoury and shot at others.

But I am sure we will find out soon enough.

There will be some history between the men involved. Living in the confines of a Sub is not easy, I am sure a lot gets bottled up for the sake of everyday discipline and order. It usually comes out in bar rooms, not when changing the guard.
