Title: Binding issue

Trying to bind Spektrum Dx2 Tx with the Spektrum AR6100e, bind plug in etc rx flashing orange having pressed bind buttons on tx after few seconds both stop flashing but the rx light goes out altogether ! Using esc in a Joysway offshore warrior  !! ???

Is the DX2 a DSM2 model - I think it may be DSM, in which case it wont bind to the AR6100e which is definitely DSM2

It does state on the box that the DX2.0 is indeed DSM2 !?
I have now ordered a new Spektrum SR300 I think, this is DSM so hopefully resolve issue !!?
