I am looking for good drawings and photos that show all of the winches that are used on the Maersk D type AHT's i.e.( Maersk Detector and Maersk Dispatcher). These are the modern design versions. I have some info so far, but as always I would like a lot more to get the detail that makes it all look great. I already have the GA and hull line drawings.
If possible would like to get some good onboard deatil photos from all around the tug. Such as in the following areas: Bridge deck,Anchor winch room, work deck and ajoining walk areas outside of work deck area. Winches and cranes.

Try writing to Maersk!!!!!
Seriously - they can be quite helpful. Ask if you could have the details of the Naval Architect / Design Office who designed the ships, that way you can ask technical questions of technical people.
Equipment such as winches etc will be most likely bought in from a specialist so you need to ask who supplied such equipment.

Try writing, or googling, Rolls Royce, Marine (http://www.rolls-royce.com/marine/) Deck machinery design, offshore equipment,
Or hunt for the Rauma Brattvaag winches.
It is what is specified in the PDF on the Maersk website.
