Post by: KBIO on September 26, 2011, 08:21:56 pm
Good evening! :-)
I feel like sharing my last steamy week end ! ;) Bunch of friends (7 nationalities) and a lot to see & to learn.
We had a fantastic week end  at this meeting organised by F. Bretagne (Anton). :-))
Enjoy. I'll get more when friends will send me pictures. Cause I talk a lot and I forget to take pics! {:-{ >>:-(

Thank you Yves,
I had a really good weekend, and enjoyed all of our time next to the pond, not to mention a great drive there and back on the superb French autoroutes (I see better art along the Autoroutes than I do in London galleries!).
Despite not speaking any French I was made to feel very welcome by everyone, - the family Bretagne, in particular. They organized the event superbly, with tables and parasols, refreshments, insurance, and lunch and dinner.
I would like to encourage anyone here who enjoys lovely weather, and a relaxed and fun atmosphere to participate in Atlantica 2012.

Hello Yves,
What a superb range of steam boats and engines a credit to all.

Hi KBIO
Looks and sounds to have been a great weekend, reminiscent of the Cheddar weekends some years ago, but with more predictable weather  :-)
I think I'd better make a plan :-))
