Title: Sanding blocks
Post by: bbdave on November 26, 2011, 04:52:14 pm
I'm probably preaching to the converted but i thought i'd share these i buy them from a beauty outlet (Sallys) my girlfriend uses for her nail products, i find them great for fine sanding balsa and plastics, they are foam blocks with different grades for each block some come with a different grade on each side being foam they form to curves etc. The finest ones i have used polish airfix kit plastic to a high gloss which gets rid of the glue finger prints. They also sell acetone and surgical spirit in 5ltr tubs

These ones range from 80grit to 350grit 68p each less to the trade  :-))
