Hi all, please can anyone help me, I am building a Lloydsmans from scratch and need the dimensions from the deck to the top rail at the stern. Are there any technical drawings showing the deck dimensions?
Many thanks

There is another thread on here about Lloydsman with photos and information, have a look at http://www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=29862.0 (http://www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=29862.0) it does look like information is limited though.
I've also seen this one built by Ray Hellicar from Solent Model Boat Club, maybe he could help?

I can't see any plans available and the best photos I can find of the stern are the one below, Dave. ok2

Hi ! Dave thanks for your information on the Lloydsman, my main problem is I have a builders drawing but it does not show the depth of rear deck from the top of the rail, or bulwark and if possible I do not want to guess it, I know I am a pain, but if any one can help it will stop me going up the wall.Ron

Hi there Ron, I've sent an email to Solent Model Boat Club, asking if Ray Hellicar that built the Lloydsman on their website wouldn't mind getting in touch with you. Hopefully he will do. I'm sure someone on here must have built one but I can't find any. Kingston Mouldings used to do a hull for it, maybe they would be able to offer some advice? Dave.
