Title: 'Asia Symphony' recovery
Post by: Celestialsphere on February 14, 2012, 06:20:55 am
Hello All,

Here's a link to a web page (in Japanese but with interesting pictures) of the refloating of the 6175 dwt freighter Asia Symphony which was lifted ashore in the terrible Japanese tsunami. That's one monster floating crane !

Cheers

Holy cow thats one mother of a crane  what a great lift thanks for sharing like the way that that just weld the lifting lugs to the hull topsides rather than under the hull  tassie48
