Everytime i run my cheddar puffin the trunnion keep loosening from the standard i tried blue loctite yesterday tightened up trunion with a leather wrapper plier put engine back together let set 24 hours ran boat today same thing and i mssing something here it seems i am any help would be great thank you.

Rob. Locktite comes in variations, at least it does here. There is Studlock, Bearing fit etc. Possibly the use of bearing fit may be better. No doubt you know that everything must be totally oil free and that locktite works by the exclusion of air. Good luck John.
