Title: 70ft Canadian power boat launch
Post by: bbdave on July 02, 2012, 09:28:44 pm
Having considered my next project i have decided to visit the loft and resurrect an old project i started this a couple of years ago and for some reason abandoned it maybe due to lack of pictures to work to. I have seen on HSLs site they do a moulded superstructure and fittings at 1:24 don't seem hard to get so fingers crossed this time i'll post pictures to aid completion
as it'll help keep me going.

The hull so far i think it looks ok i just need to finish the deck with another layer of 1mm ply

Hi Dave

You're starting this a bit like those Chef programs
Opens the oven and says 'Here's one I made earlier' except you used the loft{-)
Good that you got it down, but have you got a picture of the original / what you're aiming for please?

Ha kind of i go through stages where i build then the urge just goes it maybe because i have little space and fetching everything out each evening gets laborious .  it's one of these
