Hi,
Monday mornings conudrum.
Having sprayed most of my Tamar with Halfords Peugeot Navy Blue (my prefered choice of hull colour) I ran out, quick dart to Halfords and colour has been withdrawn {:-{
I then tried Ford Navy Blue, galaxy blue etc and no where near even then some have been withdrawn, so do rub down and re-start or has anyone got a spare tin or know where I might get a match or know someone who can duplicate Halfords colours? I only have the name no batch code or paint code?
Thanks again,
Rich

If you find a car body shop they should be able to get you the colour or at least point you in the direction of there supplier who will make you the colour up in aerosols or paint form....

Hi Rich
A lot of Halfords can mix paints and supply in spray cans more expensive I know but may be worth it in your case.
Try taking in the old tin if you have it.
You may need one of the bigger stores
Good luck Dave

I go to 'The Range' for most of my paints as they are cheaper than Halfords. £3.99 against £6.50 %)
I'm using Peugeot Blue at the moment. Dunno about shades though as it was chosen for it's nice colour.

With those codes you should be able to go to a specialist paint supplier and get the perfect match, good call :-))

Bit of diplexia, 539 is Curret Red.
593 is Rail Red. :-))

If anyone gets really stuck, there is a really good paint guy in Bere Regis who does very good quality paint in all the Rnli colours and as BS numbers, his Acryllic is very very good paint ot he can make up in cellulose. the company is called "Colour Right Paints" and he will post. Hope this might help

Thanks to all of you who responded, I have managed to track down the Paint code EGB (my preferred hull blue (Peugeot Navy Blue)) and Halfords can mix me up a tin or two. :-)) at a cost.....
