Sound like a programming issue with receiver set up so I'm moving you to the

radio section.

Did you re bind the receiver after you programed the radio and put your throttle stick to the center when you re bound it?
as the throttle position is remembered when the TX-RX is bound....just a thought.

Quote from the little bit of paper in the latest R6M receivers...
ADDENDUM SHEET
PLANET R6M RECEIVER
IMPORTANT USER GUIDE

NEW FAILSAFE FUNCTION FOR THE R6M PLANET RECEIVER
FROM THE FACTORY SETTING (THROTTLE REVERSE SWITCH IN THE NORMAL POSITION) THE FAILSAFE IS SET TO GO TO THE LOWEST POSITION IN THE EVENT OF ANY SIGNAL LOSS. THIS FUNCTION IS NOW FACTORY PRE-SET SO NO SETTING UP IS REQUIRED.
IF YOU REQUIRE THE THROTTLE TO WORK IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION ( IN REVERSED ROTATION ) THIS IS NORMALLY USED WITH SOME RC BOATS OR AIRCRAFT WHEN USING A SERVO, THEN FOLLOW PROCEDURE BELOW:
MAKE SURE THE TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER ARE SWITCHED OFF
REVERSE THE THROTTLE CHANNEL FROM THE TRANSMITTER
RE-BIND THE RECEIVER TO THE TRANSMITTER IN THE NORMAL WAY
READY TO USE

WARNING
FAILING TO RE-BIND THE TRANSMITTER TO THE RECEIVER WHEN REVERSING THE THROTTLE CHANNEL WILL RESULT IN THE THROTTLE GOING TO FULL POWER IF THE SYSTEM GOES INTO FAILSAFE
