I have just been using it's big brother by a different manufacturer.  My only comment would be they don't revolve fast enough. 

To this end I have been looking  (only today the catalogue arrived from Machine Mart) at the hand held circular ones.  These spin at up to 10,000 revs.  :o  and grantee a smooth finish.  I might go down and see the range.
