Title: Hello from a new boy here.

Hi All, this is me Duckie!.
New on this site but been modelling for about 6 years, my preferred kits are Model Slipway of which this is my present project "Our  lass 11" my 4th. Have tried others kits and my first was the Robbe Comtess'e which has been signed over to RJR, also made the Graupner  "Micro Magic" and Riverside Models. "Narra Boat" , 53inch version.
So hope to get involved with the forum as soon as I get the idea of the  system here.
My son RJR started me off here on the working vessels so didn't get round to introducing myself, hope this rectifies it now

Thank you for that, Not much done at the moment what with holiday's and housework but getting straight now so should be able to get cracking again now.

If you like yacht's, Graupners Micro Magic is a nice easy kit to build and there is a Micro Magic Website on the east coast that is very helpful as well. There is quite a large number of clubs there and in Europe that have competition racing with these great little yachts,check out their website for building and sailing advise, Very reasonable price too!.
