There should be a number on the crystal ! also you would need to think is it AM or FM !

If it is a non crystalled receiver it will most likely be AM and will receive any signal in the frequency band.
You will find that any crystal in a futaba tx will operate it but so will anyone else on 27AM on the lake.

Not completely.
It might help to name and shame the model as there maybe a mayhemmer who has modified the same model.

<<Full Function Radio Controlled (Control forward , left and right turn, stop)>>
From the "Features" on the link.
From that I would guess that the encoding used is the maker's very own, and nothing like a standard hobby setup, plus very rudimentary control, if control is the right word.
<<Outdoor operating range up to 300 feet away>>
About 100 yards, so neither a high power transmitter nor a sensitive receiver, and from that, probably not selective either, so prone to interference from anybody else.  A working TX might also upset anybody else at the pool due to uncertain tuning.
<<High speed servo for rudder control for great maneuvering capabilities>>
So there is a means of controlling the rudder, probably not proportional.

Depends on your definition.  Unless you chance on a matching TX, it would need a refit, probably along the lines of a 2.4GHz TX and RX set, plus either switchers to work or replace the existing relays which would give the original dodgy control, or ESCs and a mixer to have it go like it shows on the box.  And a servo to work the rudder.

option 1 replace 3 motors with 1 or two brushless fit servo and 2.4 gear
option 2 crack on with some 27 meg gear and switch on switch off micro switch and two servos
option 3 find large bin

id go with option one , at least you will have some reliable equipment , rather than the hit or miss product that it was originally supplied  with !

2.4 radio 2 servos, 1 rudder, 1 controlling the single central motor via micro switch fitted with staggered cam then it wacks in two motors on outside any comments
