Title: What Scale is this Tug?

Hi all
 
I've just purchased an Aeronaut Torben Tug 730mm in length and i cant seem to find info on what scale it is.  {:-{
 
i'm looking to purchase some detailing bits and bobs and maybe some figures.
 
Can anyone help?

Approx 1/40th scale according to my info!
