Title: Water cooling?
Post by: bj on January 31, 2013, 05:26:08 pm
Anyone know from where I could get a water cooling jacket (O ring  or silicone type) for a 28mm o/d IN  runner motor? I think that my motor is in need of some cooling. Not too happy about coil type coolers but if needs must then I will have to make a coil.
So far I have not come across one that small, most seem to be for 36 and above.
A link would be helpful.
Thanks

Astec are selling Leopard ali water cooling jackets with I.D. 28mm. Do not go for the arcylic ones ! When you fit use silcon grease on the O-rings. Blow through the jacket, whilst blocking of the exit to make sure that you have a good seal on the jacket.

Thanks for that. I had looked at Alan's site before but not found the link. Still took some finding though.
