Hi all,
I am looking at drive methods for a new project of mine, it will be amphibious and i am wondering how to make it so it drives both on land and water, can anyone point me in the right direaction please??

Hello,
Bevel gear or worm drive off the drive axle
onto a prop shaft would do it for you.

Brass Meccano gears a re good for that... I know some selling some! %)

another possibility is having paddles/ vanes on the inside face of the back wheels...
or stick them on all four if it's 4WD and the steering is sorted too.

I did that once on a model DUKW using the big plastic Meccano wheels, just addedvanes to the inside rims, it wasnt fast but it worked.
