Humbrol 177 has been discontinued for a lot longer than that.
However, can anyone give advice on matching this authentic colour scheme for HMS Belfast, as shown on BBC News today

I've pointed out in previous threads White Ensign do a good range of apparently authentic colours, take a look at their catalogue

As it appears everybody but me new this. Why it came up again is ,I am building Fairmount Alpine and this is not that old a model and it is specified in the plans to use Billings Paint which I can not find in the UK, through a cross ref chart supplied by Billings the Hull Red came up in the cross ref. Thanks for the link back to the paint mix recipe.

A couple of hull reds -
Vallejo 985 (http://www.emodels.co.uk/plastic-kits/vallejo-17ml-hull-acrylic-modelling-paint-p-1146.html)
Tamiya XF-9 (http://www.emodels.co.uk/plastic-kits/tamiya-10ml-hull-acrylic-paint-p-633.html)
However, can anyone give advice on matching this authentic colour scheme for HMS Belfast
I came across this matching of RN colours to Vallejo paints on another forum -
