Hi Neil
Happy Birthday! Trust you've had a great day. Will be in touch very soon with some more goodies for you. :-))
Hope your Birthday cake is just as spectacular as your daughter's one was recently!!
Enjoy!
Kind regards
Andrew
-
Wotcha Matey,
"Happy Birthday!"
Hope you're having a Great Day,
Andy
-
Andy, are you going to add Neil to the moments in history file? He has been known to throw himself in the lake to perform a rescue of a friends model,so technically it was a Rescue Service (ask Wodney!)Mind you it was the shallow end!
Mick F
-
Happy Birthday Neil :-))
I hope you enjoy a few jars of embrocation. Didn't get you a present but here is Liverpool 541 in an Istanbul museum.

Hiya Mick,
He's got a mention at the bottom of today's update, after I got confirmation off Wodney! :-))
Andy

Happy Birthday Neil. :-))
Jimmy

cheers guys.......all of you..........gives me a lump in the throat..............as for being mentioned in Nautical history............well, that's a first.
Actually on a serious note for once and for some real nautical history, that you could put me down as being a participant in, is...............this exact day, and I remember the weather being just as good that day as today..............on June 3rd 1959........my life was saved from drowning by a brave lifeboat man from the end of Fleetwood lifeboat slip, when he jumped into the ebbing River Wyre fully clothed to save me after I had fallen off the slip whilst crabbing and got stuck under the slip because of the ebbing tide..........
A day I will never forget, and a day that I will ever give thanks to the R.N.L.I. and god bless them all, with all my heart.
cheers, neil.

Ta-Dah!
Done it!, and posted before midnight of the 3rd June, so it doesn't have to be saved until next year!

I am as usual a bit late with this to wish you a happy birthday & many more to follow. You are a great friend & a major asset to our forum. To say you are a most helpful fellow would be short changing you. I want your many friends on here to know that you took the time to buy my lifeboat crews from Adrian's Model Figures, pack them well & mail them to me. They came ashore safe & sound on Monday. Neil you always put your money where your mouth is. My excuse for being late with your birthday wish is Phyllis & I have had our Mayhem member & friend John Vinsent ( oldiron ) here on a visit from Ontario (2500 Miles). We had the pleasure of John & his lovely wife Pat spend a few days with Phyllis & I,( too short) The bad news for me is that my ex-ray of my left wrist shows it is fractured & will be in a cast for 3 months, so not a good year for me I'm afraid. However life goes on & it is so nice to see that so many people remembered your birthday. Again thank you for all the help you give so graciously. Mick B.
