I assume you are building a Model Slipways kit of the Loyal. I built one about 3 years ago. If you will contact Model Slipways (Laurie I think) via their website with a list of your missing parts they will likely be able to help. I say "likely" since this boat has been out of production for a while, so not all parts may be available. As to the drawing scale, I measured several places on the drawings that are dimensioned and calculated the percentage that they are undersize. Without fishing out my copy I think it was about 70%. Once you have done that you can scale other things that are not dimensioned.
Enjoy your build. Not the easiest kit, but very rewarding.

Hi Frank yes i do have the part numbers, most of the parts are from the roof of the wheel house, and i cant find the bilge keels anywhere :(
-
The bilge keels (and their support strips) are on one of the die cut styrene sheets. I think there is a layout of the styrene sheets included in the instruction manual. The bilge keels are somewhat curved as they lay there flat. Don't know what other parts you are concerned with.

ive already got the flat part on the hull its the part the points out into the water, the other parts are on the wheel house roof ive edited a picture i found and the parts are inside the sqaure but ive totally lost all parts for them to go around the wheel house roof
