Hi,  any one know were i can get Spare Parts for my thunder tiger Neptune SB-1 Submarine part no pj6174 control  pcb  i have

Have you checked the relays? Most likely failure point, and very easy and cheap to replace if you have a soldering iron.

I have two of the TT dive control units in my bits box, brand new and unused (Stocked up for future projects).
