Title: window colour

what the best colour   to spray model lifeboat windows. aluminium , silver or a light grey . finding it difficult to find a identical match .

Forget the grey,as for aluminium or silver there is not much difference in the outcome of the colour,but my prefrence would be aluminium is it is slightly brighter/glossy

thanks for the reply. i also think aluminium is right and correct but very difficult to model and to get the right finish . im not keen on the silver  just looks wrong in my opinion as for the light blue grey just an idea im tampering with. i suppose its a matter of experimenting on a bit of scrap till im happy with the colour.

I used Halfords' Nissan Starburst Silver (as suggested by Terry Small in Model Boats) on my Trent and I think it works well.
