Hi , I was fortunate to be friends with Paul Beckley (SIRMAR) , he showed me how to use Silicon Rubber and cold casing resins to make fittings. The biggest item to remember is you can't spend to much time and effort in making the best master fitting. as any fault will be repeated over and over.
I'm a member of the Surface Warship Association, at exhibit at Explosion 23rd & 24th August 2014 we do building demo's . I do show how I mould my fittings.
