Title: Donald Campbell and his Bluebird boat- A presentation

On Thursday 3rd October 2013 Darlington & District Model Boat club are presenting a talk;  Donald Campbell his life and the Bluebird K7 boat. This will include a detailed report on the restoration project. On display will be a 1/6th scale gas turbine powered model of K7 and the talk will include information how the builder got it to work  as shown in the You tube video clip. The leader of the restoration project has given permission for the speaker to reveal all relevant information some of which adds to the understanding of the possible reasons for the crash in 1967.
 
Tickets are £3 each to include a buffet supper.  Venue is Middleton St George Cricket club(near Teesside airport) starting 7.30pm prompt.
