Title: outstanding customer care from model slipway

hi
I have put a post on here asking about trent windows as I needed to replace mine and wanted some new metal ones .
model slipway contacted me and offered me a full set of metal windows for £15 inc postage
not only did I think this was a good price Jackie even sent them to me to try and see if they were ok before I made payment
this I think is outstanding service and fantastic customer care well done ,model slipway cant rate you high enough

Thats great to see some praise for service rather than slagging off that some companies get.

In France Model Slipway has an excellent reputation.
Laurie is very friendly
Jackie is adorable
After-sales service is definitely very good ............
We do not know ....... we never have been useful: the kits are perfect.
7 kits under my belt,
dozens of kits on our forum

Has their customer service ever been anything less than superb?  Not IMHO.

Not model slipway.......but still worthy of praise.........in the year 2005 I purchased some miniature stainless steel roller chain & pinions from Small Part & Bearings in Queensland Australia  O0
A few weeks back..... >>:-( I could not find the correct sized allen key to unscrew  the HPGS in a pinion........sent a copy of my 2005 invoice & two days later received two 0.9 AF hex allen keys in the Mail free

Oh I couldnt have agree with you more
I posted on here about the aziz
modelslipway posted on my thread also
I emailed them about the aziz
They reply was
aziz is not reccomended for a beginer
lots of drilling and etc.
he even gave me a link to other boat websites
this only shows how good of a company modelslipway is
thanx modelslipway
I will wait for aziz
itll be worth the wait im sure
