Title: England's Gourmet Cricketers
Post by: Peter Fitness on November 08, 2013, 08:57:57 pm
The Australian press is having a field day with the recently released 82 page document outlining the England cricket team's food requirements while in Australia. Who do these wannabe prima donnas think they are? :o  As celebrity chef Matt Moran said, not even visiting rock stars make such demands. England has a very good team, and I believe that Australia will struggle to beat them on the field but, going by the food demands, the England boys may be too full of fine food to play cricket {-)

Guys.....as always.... %)  I will try & keep an open mind on this question
1. I suggest the menu requirement/requests was not from the English team members ....but from the teams [medico/physico] support staff O0
2. Having said that  {-) an occasional  plate of OZ kangaroo sausages or pies & mash & a beer or 2 washed down with a Vegemite sandwich for desert is also pretty good OZ food..... O0 .

Oh Dear,

Numbers to the rescue again chaps!

Sorry Derek, but I couldn't help noticing that the BMI figures issued by the WHO are significantly higher for Oz than Uz. Perhaps we benefit from a diet difference?

As you know I try to be impartial in International matters %)

Kindest Regards
