im after a part built/abandended tug......3 or 4 foot i guess if i explain what i want to build maybe someone's got something they want to part with.........

decent sizes tug .....that i can use for pulling etc
want to be able to fit twin korts..bow thruster..
 havent got a huge budget..
iv got quite nice  lady jan mobile marine id chop in against it..all up and running with smoke thingy  %) or straight cash..
needs to be not a million miles away from shropshire...or the show this weekend..
i dont want anything thats to finished want to be able to build rather than polish
